Shipping policy

Rhonny K. Shipping policy is solely determined by each individual item purchased. 

Processing Time:

Turn around time for grad caps and toppers and other custom items is no less than 2 weeks unless discussed prior to purchase.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are delivered electronically and are immediate.

*Deposit orders have no shipping date guarantee.  Shipping costs charged at the time of deposit purchase will be applied to the final invoice for the product.  If shipping charges were collected and are not needed or used, they will either be refunded or applied to the final cost of the completed item and credited on the balance due invoice.

*Terms, due dates, and estimated delivery dates will be determined once the final invoice for custom items is sent.
