This item is a Glitter Material grad cap topper only (no rhinestones). The glitter is non-flaking and is incredibly durable. It’s the same type glitter used for Tshirt designs. Beautiful and resilliant.
You may fill in the notes with your design idea but I will only communicate with you via text at 214-244-9387 for all details.
Other Designs are Available but I am not taking any more customs. All design choices will have to be a design I've done in the past. We can discuss via text.
